As a Social Anthropologist I look at Human Design as the most neutral and liberating lens available to see how each individual can live in accordance with the intelligence of life. Thanks to the dedicated and loving work of Ra Uru Hu, we have a map of the energetic hardwiring of life on earth and how it operates. Ultimately this supports us to develop our glory as human beings: AWAKENING TO WITNESSING CONSCIOUSNESS. It offers each individual an original graph that assists us to live in a life-affirmative way – what Osho refers to as “Zorba the Buddha.”

What is clear to me as a Certified Analyst and explorer of this tool is that its value only comes about through exploring and experimenting with it. To me, relating, experimenting with Osho active meditations, meditative therapies, therapeutic approaches and creative endeavours and expressions is of great value on that journey. As Ra Uru Hu said while banging his fist on the table in Ibiza: “If you don’t experiment with it, it’s just a f***ing piece of paper!”

So, what I offer is an experiential approach to all who see in Human Design a bridge to a deeper energetic exploration of their bioenergy and an excellent means to assit us in the observation of our minds!
