Reflection of the week: I’m starting a course in January!

For more than twenty years, I have been studying, teaching and experimenting with Human Design.

Over that time, I have gradually become less interested in how much we know about our chart and more interested in a different question:

What happens when we actually begin to live it?

This is the question behind Embody Your Design.

It is a 50-week experiential journey through Human Design, beginning 18 January 2027, in which we move beyond simply understanding the Bodygraph and begin to explore what it means in our bodies, our relationships and our everyday lives.

The course brings together Human Design with embodied practice, child development, therapeutic perspectives and other ways of understanding ourselves.

Rather than giving you another collection of information to remember, the intention is to create an ongoing space in which you can observe, experiment and discover.

Over the 50 weeks we will explore:

  • the nine Centers and the conditioning they can bring into our lives

  • Strategy and Authority as something to experiment with rather than merely understand

  • the ways our early development shapes our experience

  • Human Design in relationships

  • the relationship between mind, body and awareness

  • therapeutic and embodied approaches to Human Design

  • the deeper questions that arise when we begin to question who we believe ourselves to be

The course is deliberately long.

I don’t think that becoming familiar with our own energetic architecture is something that happens in a weekend. Some things can be understood intellectually very quickly. Embodiment takes time.

That is why the programme unfolds over an entire year, with space between the different themes to observe what actually happens in your life.

This week, the Neutrino Weather brings us deeper into adaptation and the acceptance of change as a the only thing that endures:-) It continues being great weather to become aware of our relational defensiveness and how we keep on repeating unnecessary patterns in our connections with others. [See the Neutrino Weather full video in the inner circle bellow]

  • Instant access to the full archive of previous posts

  • Two live Zoom gatherings per month (next meeting will be announced next week
